I remember hearing on radio in 1989 or 1990. It was in pretty heavy rotation, and saw in a week "MTV Rock" segment of Acid House. There was no video, only showing the record sleeve while playing the song. This song is older than the C + C Music Factory song for a few years. The answer below is incorrect.
