Diamond-like carbon, mens shaver cutters?
I have a number of diamond shaver Remington R510 rotation that has diamond-coated carbon sheets (cutters). I found a website all about the dangers of ingestion of diamonds: http://www.nanomedicine.com/NMIIA/15.1.1 ... After reading this, I am very worried that when I manage and clean the cutting shaver with cleaning brush can somehow move some of this diamond like carbon material of the cutters and can end up near my mouth and can ingest and possibly this could cause problems similar to those caused by the diamond itself because the material (Diamond Like Carbon) is based on the hardness of diamond. Does anyone know how this material is compared to diamond in terms of hardness and if was so dangerous it would be allowed on razors? Can anyone put my mind at rest?
Your link does not work. I would doubt that any damage caused by the ingestion of such a minute. Never heard of a real person who has a problem with the ingestion of diamonds.
