Have you noticed this in your tank?

Hello, I've had my 14gal 1 goldfish and 1 Cavefishes blind, I noticed some rocks that are pressed against turn green glass. I did my weekly water change yesterday and held off 50% of the water on this change (usually 25%) and mixed on the rocks with others and to the opposite side. I assume this is obviously very natural algae. No full sunlight in the aquarium, but definitely getting natural light every day all the rocks in. Will turn that color? Is this good for the aquarium and the water? Also ... I clean my two strongly and I do not care at all. You hear the rustling of the stones when siphon going, let me put my hand and everything. My blind cave fish can feel vibrations and avoid hitting the trap. They swim as normal. So although I'm not doing, why should they be bothered by hitting the glass ... This is just a bit of hype? No problems with these two in this, just want their food!
